    Nature’s hidden harmonies come out to play in this colourful attempt to enlighten not only our rooms but also our minds. The gutsy Escher lamp is inspired by strict mathematical structures of the geometrical figure dodecahedron. Each of its twelve surfaces remind us that symmetry and chaos are closer related than what most of us think. The acryllic lamp is cut in one piece and bent by hand.

In doubt whether to be an arm chair or a lounge chair, it embraces you with its large ear-like sides and invites you to sit down and be yourself. The soft organic shape of the inside profiles the edgy outside, and it doesn’t take much imagination to picture the African elephant from which chair has taken its Swahili name. Our range of products is born out of our belief in doing things the way we think they should be done. And our business is built on our ability to translate needs and trends into designs and products.

You don’t have to be an architect or a creative director to love what we do. We’re not about postmodern aestheticism or urban industrialism. We’re about rethinkning shapes, materials and solutions. About chairs, tables, sofas and lamps. Our work doesn’t need to be understood. It needs to be used.

HISTORY

True, we don’t compromise. We never have. And we never will. We have built our business and our name on craftmanship and imagination, which is probably why you won’t have to look too long to find designs that are cheaper than ours. so be it.

Our passion for doing exactly what we feel like has brought us to where we are today. And our market position empowers us to keep challenging everything normal.

Terms of Nevvvorks.com for private customers and companies, including institutions.


1. Buy from Nevvvorks.com

The purchase is valid the moment you as a customer receives an invoice from Nevvvorks.com
Prices are subject to pricing errors, etc.. due to currency changes, war, terrorism, natural disasters, force majeure, delivery failures, tax changes, sold out and typographical errors.
Prices are subject to availability and delayed delivery of Nevvvorks.com's suppliers.

2. Prices and contracts

All prices are incl. 25% VAT, unless otherwise stated. Prices are only valid in Europe, excl. Faroe Islands and Greenland. All contracts are written in Danish.

3. Sales generally

The indicated price at time of booking, will be the applicable booking price. Pickup parcels will be billed as such, and the price is not changed by either decrease or increase.

4. Cancellation

If you wish to cancel an order already placed, it should basically be the same as the booking is made. Alternatively, it can be done by sending an e-mail to info@Nevvvorks.com labeled "Cancellation". Here the order date and order number must be stated. If you have received an order confirmation by e-mail it may be returned to sender with the words "Cancellation" inserted in the topic text. Cancellation should be done before 14:00 the same day as the booking is made.

5. Order Confirmation

Nevvvorks.com keeps the order confirmation after it is sent to the customer.

6. Payment

The possible methods of payment are as a minimum:
Dankort/VisaDankort/eDankort/Mastercard By agreement (only business)Payment Method 'BY APPOINTMENT' can only be used by businesses and public institutions, and only if you have already confirmed and received a payment agreement from Nevvvorks.com.

7. Returns

Full money back guarantee - If you regret your purchase Nevvvorks.com will give a full refund. The product must be returned in original packaging and in unused and undamaged condition. This must be done within 14 days after receipt by the customer. Goods returned must be accompanied by original invoice and delivered without cost to Nevvvorks.com.

Items returned without payment of freight or postage is rejected by Nevvvorks.com. In the case of return trade the amount is repaid to the customer’s account within 14 days. You also have the option of selecting another product. The procedure is the same: send back, and attach a note with what you want instead.
NOTE! There will be no cancellation of products manufactured specifically to suit your individual needs, if production or adaptation has begun. The manufacture or adaptation begins at the moment of order confirmation, and as such the right of withdrawal is exceeded.

8. Warranty

As a consumer you have a 2 year warranty, which means that you either get your product repaired or replaced, receive a refund or reduction in price, depending on the specific situation. This condition is of course dependent on the justification of the claim. The difference between warranty and guarantee may be seen here. There is NO warranty on defects arising after the goods have been used - according to the sale of goods act.
Should the goods against expectation break within the warranty period it will be repaired free of charge at our or the manufacturer's workshop. Damage to product caused by operational error, error handling, modifications or gross misuse by the user are not covered by the warranty. This also includes change of input current at any relevant component. Nevvvorks.com cannot be held responsible for any lost data or other indirect damages, products sold by Nevvvorks.com may have created, unless it follows directly from the Danish legislation. Please refer to the Sale of Goods Act for the complaints procedure.

9. Use of the warranty

Complaints regarding defects must be communicated to Nevvvorks.com within a reasonable time after receiving the product. Customers are strongly advised to submit a statement about the product failure or defect in the complaint, and the omission may mean an extension of the remediation process due to debugging. Customer can claim a warrant by returning the defective product via post to our address. Items not covered under warranty and / or received without proper packaging will be repackaged and will be charged an amount equal to Nevvvorks.com's expenses for necessary and proper packing. Goods returned after claims or sent without postage are refused by Nevvvorks.com

10. Returnees items that do not contain errors

When the customers returns of defective or wrong items to Nevvvorks.com where failure or malfunction, defined and specified by the customer, is not detected, the item will be returned to the customer including a test fee of DKK 200 per half hour. Test fee is calculated on the basis of time consumed in connection with testing and debugging. Nevvvorks.com reserves the right to charge this fee and shipping charges per COD following requirements in the absence of a credit agreement. If accessory is enclosed, number and product description should be provided. Goods should be returned with a copy of the invoice where purchased, for the advertised product appears when the item would otherwise be shelved pending invoice copy and possible error messages on the product. Items not covered under warranty and received without proper packaging will be repackaged and will be charged an amount equal to our costs for necessary and proper packaging.

11. Good Returns

All products returned to Nevvvorks.com must be securely wrapped. Damage caused by inadequate packaging may result in the removal of your rights. Nevvvorks.com recommend that goods are returned by Post Denmark and that the goods are sent by parcel post. In this way it is possible to track the package in Post Danmark system and it removes any doubt as to whether the goods have been delivered to Nevvvorks.com. Additionally the customer has the option of being able to claim warrent for the package if no delivery has taken place.

12. Are you in doubt?

Should there arise any doubts Nevvvorks.com recommend that you contact info@Nevvvorks.com.

13. Special provisions for operators

The same sales conditions as for consumers, with the following modification.
There is no right of withdrawal for traders.Goods cannot be purchased as a private customer if the goods is ordered through a household registered as a company (company = corporate or institution).
There is a 1 year warranty from the original invoice date. Replacement or repair does not mean the beginning of a new 1 year warranty period. Nevvvorks.com retains property rights to goods purchased on credit until the full purchase price has been paid.

1. All costs associated with enforcement of retention of the property right assumed by the buyer.
2. Interest shall accrue from the due date of 1% per commenced month.
